  • Does my factory warranty remain in effect when you service my car? Absolutely! You receive the exact same coverage.
  • Are you able to service a car as well as a dealership? Definitely. Actually we believe we do a better job. For example, you will NEVER wait weeks for an appointment, and we will definitely attend to your vehicle within a couple of days in the event of an emergency. Does a light bulb need changing? We'll probably be able to fit you in the same day!
  • Will you give me a quote before starting work? Of course. We comply fully with the law which states that estimates must be provided before any work begins.
  • Will you let me know when I need my next service? Yes. Consistent with our emphasis on maintenance and prevention, we employ a computer driven system that tracks date and mileage and will estimate service interval times. You will receive a letter advising that your vehicle is due for service.
  • Will you give me a quote before starting work? Of course. We comply fully with the law which states that estimates must be provided before any work begins.
  • Can you lend me a car while mine is being serviced? Yes. We offer a loaner car during any major service. For smaller services, we will drive you home or even to the airport if you want to leave us your car while you are away. We'll even pick you up when the car is ready!
  • Can you help me find a car? Yes, finding our clients quality new or used cars is part of our business. We have access to thousands of one-owner lease returns, many of which are almost new. Owner Mark Schwartz will personally handle each sale.
  • How do I know the cars are in top condition? We use a 3-step process to ensure quality. Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. Please see the Car Sales section for more details.
  • Can you help me sell my car? Yes. We will post it on our website as well as on the board at the shop front counter. As a last resort, we can place the car in an auction
